Climate - Native to tropical regions of Mexico, Central and South America, Asia, and South Africa

Light - Bright indirect to medium indirect light, never direct

Soil - Well-draining potting soil 

Water - Water weekly keeping soil evenly moist, leaves will droop when plant is thirsty. Water from the bottom up!

Humidity - Likes increased humidity with a pebble tray, misting can lead to leaf rot

Temperature - Typical indoor temperature acceptable, prefers temperatures above 55 degrees 

Fertilizer - Fertilize every monthly during growing season with ½ concentration houseplant fertilizer
